Will I earn Points from any previous orders I have placed on www.histolabusa.com?

You may begin earning points on orders placed on or after the starting launch date of the Histolab Loyalty Program. Loyalty Points and Rewards are not accessible or redeemable until you have created a Loyalty Account, though.

Do I earn Points on the subtotal or the grand total of an order?

You will earn Points based on the SUBTOTAL of an order, after any discounts are applied and before taxes and/or shipping fees.

How many Rewards can I redeem per order?

You can redeem a maximum of ONE (1) Reward per order by using the unique code assigned to your Reward when redeemed with your earned Points.

Can I redeem a second Reward if I haven’t used the first one yet?

Yes, you can redeem as many Rewards as you would like if you have enough Loyalty Points saved. The rewards will remain available to use until they have been redeemed and can be found in your My Rewards page.

Can I redeem the same Reward for a second time if I haven’t used the first one yet?

No, in order to redeem your Loyalty Points for a Reward you have already redeemed Loyalty Points for before, the Reward must be used.

Will the points I earn expire if I do not use them?

Nope. Go ahead and save them up to redeem for a great gift!

Why didn’t I receive 50 Loyalty Points when I signed up for the Loyalty Program?

If you didn’t receive the free 50 Loyalty Points when you signed up for the Loyalty Program, please reach out to us and we will look into the issue.
