Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Program details: ​

  • The Loyalty Program by Histolab USA allows the opportunity for Site Members to earn Loyalty Points with every order that is placed on www.histolabusa.com and redeem the Loyalty Points for rewards including order discounts on future orders and more. Every Site Member (valid email and password login has been created) is automatically registered for the Loyalty Program.

 

How to join program: ​

  • Visit www.histolabusa.com/loyalty to sign up to become a Site Member. Toggle the “Become a Member” button and submit the required information for automatic approval.

 

How to earn Loyalty Points:​

  • For every $1 spent on an order’s subtotal (excluding any shipping cost or applicable taxes), one (1) Loyalty Point will be earned.

    • ​Example: An order is placed with a subtotal of $154.00, earning a total of 154 Loyalty Points.

  • Loyalty Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number from an order’s subtotal value.

    • Example: An order is placed with a subtotal of $293.74, earning a total of 293 Loyalty Points.

 

How to check/redeem Loyalty Points: ​

  • Log into your Site member account in the Member Login/Sign Up area found at the top of the webpage, then select the “My Rewards” tab in the Member Menu, or visit www.histolabusa.com/account/my-rewards. Here, you can view your total earned Loyalty Points and the various Rewards, with specifications regarding which Rewards are available to be redeemed and how many Loyalty Points are still needed for others.

  • To redeem a Reward, toggle the “Get Code” button that corresponds with the desired Reward. The point value of the Reward will be reduced from your total earned Loyalty Points after redeeming a Reward.

 

Program policies:

  • By submitting your information and becoming a Site and Loyalty Member of Histolab USA, you are hereby granting your permission to subscribe to receiving marketing materials including, but not limited to, promotional events, discount offers, and new products, to the email address used to create the account. Unsubscribing from email newsletters is available via the specified link found at the bottom of the email.

 

Program disclaimers:

  • One reward can be applied per order and is redeemed by completing an order with the unique coupon code that has been provided from the “My Rewards” area of the Member Menu.

  • Rewards can not be combined with any other discount or promotion that requires a coupon code at checkout to be applied, as only one coupon code can be applied per order.

  • Loyalty Points are earned based off of an Order’s subtotal minus any possible applied discounts. Shipping costs and tax do not qualify towards earning Loyalty Points.

  • In the event that any or all of the items purchased are returned, the Loyalty Points will be retracted from the Loyalty Member’s account.

  • Site Members are under no obligation to use earned Loyalty Points and can opt to ignore their Loyalty Points balance, should they choose to.

 

Program restrictions:

  • Loyalty Points are only earned on orders placed directly through www.histolabusa.com.

  • Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Histolab USA. Loyalty Program Rewards are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Histolab USA. Any previously-redeemed Rewards that are still unused in the Loyalty Member’s account will remain valid until they have been applied towards an order.
