Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Histolab USA, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you find the need to return a product, please contact us promptly at (909) 274-7700, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST, or via email at histolab@meditimeusa.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return.
Full Refund Return Qualifications for Unused and Unopened Products:
Products may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, if they meet the following criteria:

The protective seal remains intact and unaltered.

The product is in new condition, unused, undamaged, and not emptied or leaking.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s delivery date, which includes contacting us via phone or email.

The return shipment must reach our office within 30 days of the purchase date.
Partial Refund Return Qualifications for Used and Opened Products:
At Histolab USA, we understand that sometimes products may need to be opened and tested to determine compatibility. In such cases, we may offer partial refunds, excluding shipping costs, at our discretion. Please note the following guidelines:

Partial refunds are determined based on the extent of product usage and condition upon return.

Our team will assess the product's condition upon return and determine the appropriate refund amount accordingly.

Returns Due to Adverse Reactions:
In cases of adverse or allergic reactions, we accept returns and process full refunds, excluding shipping costs, under certain conditions:

The product exhibits minimal usage, determined at our discretion.

Photo or video evidence of the reaction is provided.

Damaged and Defective Products:
All damaged or defective products will be promptly replaced at no charge. Histolab USA will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged and defective product along with the product replacement.
Important Note:

Histolab USA is not liable for lost returns during the shipping process.

Histolab USA does not cover the return shipment costs incurred by the customer.

Full and partial refunds do not include the shipping costs associated with the original order.
Policy Changes and Discretion:
Return Policy Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of Histolab USA. We reserve the right to terminate return requests if qualifications are not met or if return abuse is detected.
